Spring Somatic Flow

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore somatic practices, yoga, and polyvagal theory to support awareness, resilience, and ease in the body. Through movement, breathwork, and hands-on techniques, you’ll learn tools to shift your state, navigate stress, and cultivate a greater sense of balance.

Led by Amelia (LCSW-C, DBT-C), Sally (RYT), and Rich (LCSW-C), this session will guide you through:

Grounding Practices – Explore the five elements and how they influence your state

  • Yoga Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic practice to awaken and align

  • Polyvagal Theory Insights – Learn to recognize where you are and what you need to regulate

  • Somatic Techniques – Experience the Lightstream, Reverse Spiral, and SIFT strategies

  • Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) – A powerful practice for self-regulation and emotional balance

We’ll close with guided reflection, community Q&A, and take-home resources to integrate these practices into daily life. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to embrace the new season.
