Grounding Practices – Explore the five elements and how they influence your state
Yoga Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic practice to awaken and align
Polyvagal Theory Insights – Learn to recognize where you are and what you need to regulate
Somatic Techniques – Experience the Lightstream, Reverse Spiral, and SIFT strategies
Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) – A powerful practice for self-regulation and emotional balance
